Our story began in 1986 when Bishop Michael Pitts and Pastor Kathi Pitts founded Cornerstone Church—now known as Declare Church. We know this didn't start with us, and it won't end with us.

Declare Church is a non-denominational church in Maumee, Ohio, serving the greater Toledo area. We gather every Sunday at 10 AM at 1520 S Reynolds Rd for vibrant, family-friendly worship and a Bible-centered message, with kids and youth ministries running during the service. Phil and Meredith Ryburn have served as lead pastors since October 2019. In 2026, Cornerstone Church became Declare Church, reflecting our vision to be Heaven's declaration on the Earth and our mission to lead the lost to life, build resilient faith, and declare Jesus everywhere.
